Sirman Palladio 330 EVO slicer with Stonehenge coating from FEM withstands heavy duty use
A safe and reliable slicer is an essential piece of equipment for caterers, bakers, delicatessens, butchers, supermarkets and other establishments selling freshly sliced meats, cheeses or bread. The Sirman Palladio 330 EVO slicer, available through Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM), is designed for safe and hygienic countertop use. Now the Palladio 330 EVO is available with a new Stonehenge Plus ceramic-teflon coating, which makes it even more durable and easy to clean.
The aluminium-grey coloured coating covers the cast aluminium alloy of the base, table, knifeguard rim, blade cover, carriage, end weight and sharpener housing and makes it even easier for the slicer to glide through and process sticky products. Highly resistant to acids and sanitising chemicals, the coating is easy to keep clean, preventing flavour transfer.
The Palladio 330 EVO deli slicer features a rounded design with no sharp corners or visible screws, as well as a completely sealed, stainless steel shaft and one-piece carriage. The seemless see-through hand guard prevents food particles from getting stuck in the machine.
A built-in sharpening tool, which is protected at the bottom, ensures the 330mm slicer blade cuts all slices crisply, cleanly and precisely, time after time. The thickness of the slices can be adjusted between 0 to 33mm and the slicer has a 410W, 0.55 Hp motor.
The base and slicer table are specially configured to prevent debris and liquids from entering the critical components of the machine. The slicer also incorporates an advanced tipping system and feeding pan assembly. Rubber feet ensure the slicer doesn’t slip on the counter during operation, while vulcanised rubber stops on the carriage further protect the user during slicing.
The Palladio 330 EVO slicer measures 711 mm (w) x 600mm (d) x 615mm (h) and is supplied by FEM with a full one year parts and labour warranty.
