FEM introduces the Pujadas handheld smoker gun

Cold smoked food is a growing trend in modern dining circles. Chefs love it as it gives them a chance to add innovation and originality into their menus. FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) has introduced the Pujadas handheld smoker gun which allows chefs to easily infuse foods and drinks with smoky flavours.

Suitable for sauces, oils, meats, fish, cheese, rice dishes and even cocktails, the smoker gun easily, quickly and efficiently achieves a total cold smoke. As cold smoke is gentle on foods, it can be used on delicate products such as ice cream and butter. The Pujadas handheld smoker gun is supplied with a burner tank, gun support to provide a stable base, smoking valve, flexible hose and burner.
