Rational’s online seminar shows how harnessing new technology can meet today’s challenges
Rational’s next online seminar will focus on how new technology is enabling pubs to do more with less. The Future of Pub Kitchens Seminar, which Rational is running in partnership with The Chef’s Forum, will also take a close look at topics such as Natasha’s Law, healthier menus, waste reduction and future staffing issues.
The seminar is on the 20th September, running from 09:00am to 11:00am. To register for free email seminars@rational-online.com.
This is the fourth in Rational’s series of sector-specific seminars. “The Future of Pub Kitchens Seminar has been devised to give pub operators valuable insight into how to meet the unprecedented challenges they face in today’s market,” says Adam Knights, marketing director of Rational. “It will also look at the opportunities that are there. As a chef’s company, Rational understands the issues the hospitality industry faces. Our aim is to develop effective solutions, via our cooking systems, training and customer support, that can be tailor-made to the individual operator’s requirements.”
The seminar is free to attend and is open to all pub chefs, owner operators, managers, kitchen planners and designers. Hosted by The Chefs Forum’s Founder, Catherine Farinha and Director of Education, Neil Rippington, the seminar will feature a stellar panel of experts:
Tim Foster, co-founder, The Yummy Pub Company
Ross Pike, chef director, Oakman Inns
Mike Williams, director, Rational UK
Shanti Bhushan, executive chef, Brigadiers, London
Mike Down, Jacqui Down and Gemma Youlden, The Volunteer Inn, Devon
