Parador tableware is a Middle Eastern delight

Utopia introduces geometric designs with the new Parador tableware range

Middle Eastern cuisine is on the ascendency. It attracts people looking for healthier options with plenty of salads, as well as main dishes that are grilled rather than fried and are packed full of tomatoes, peppers, chickpeas and other nutrient-rich ingredients. It has a huge appeal for vegetarians and vegans.

However, the presentation has got to be spot on. It needs to look sumptuous and exude middle eastern charm to satisfy the serious foodie. The new Parador tableware from Utopia takes on earthy tones and combines them with a repeated geometric pattern to conjure up all the ambiance of the middle east. The Parador sets a simple muted cobalt blue tessellation against a creamy background to create the perfect backdrop for all kinds of dishes including kebabs, dolmas, falafel and shawarma.

There are 29cm and 20.5cm plates in the range as well as a 9cm dip dish, 25cm and 21cm shallow plates with straight sides and a small 4.5cm bowl. The dish and bowl are raised up from the table to accentuate the pattern and add height to the serve. All the Parador tableware is made from vitrified porcelain, is dishwasher safe and comes with a five year edge chip guarantee.
