Rational helping restaurants with the perfect cooking solution at Restaurant 2019

Stand UJ28, Restaurant Show 2019 / CE Expo, London Olympia, Sept 30 – October 2

With food waste and FOG (fats, oil and grease) high on the agenda, visitors to Restaurant 2019 can learn how RATIONAL appliances can help customers combat these challenges.

Rational will show two VarioCookingCenter (VCC) models on stand UJ28, a compact twin pan unit, model VCC112L, and a larger, single pan VCC211.  The company will also have a selection of combi ovens on stand, including a 10-grid SelfCookingCenter, model SCC101. On the stand will be a space-saving Combi-Duo system, featuring two XS combi ovens (the smallest models in the range) stacked on top of each other. The integrated fat drain, available on all combi-ovens, (exception is the XS model), make it very easy to deal with the fat, oil and grease that result from cooking processes.

Having the VarioCookingCenter and SelfCookingCenter units alongside each other will allow visitors to appreciate how the two Rational appliances, working in tandem, provide the perfect cooking solution.  Add in the company’s ConnectedCooking technology and you can create a more efficient and flexible multifunctional kitchen solution.

Another focus of the stand will be a feature on accessories for the SelfCookingCenter, helping caterers make Rational’s multifunctional appliances even more versatile and guaranteeing perfect results. Showcasing, are the new Rational accessories starter kits. There are two kits available, one for grilling and the other for snack & bake.

Visitors to the stand will have the chance to win a starter kit. One will be given away every day in a prize draw – visitors just need to leave their details.
