If you have an interest in the latest developments in modern kitchen appliances and are planning on attending the Professional Kitchen Show next year, Stand 530 promises to be a “must-visit” stand.
Sharing the stand with Williams Foodservice, Falcon Foodservice Equipment will be showing the latest additions to its award winning ranges of equipment, as well as giving visitors the chance to be among the first to see some of its upcoming products.
The new E9941 flexi pan for the F900 range is a multifunctional unit just 400mm wide. It is capable of shallow frying, stewing, poaching, braising, boiling and griddling, and steaming too with the optional tray and lid accessory. Like all the F900 range it features Falcon’s Dynamic Link System, allowing it to be seamlessly suited with other F900 appliances.
Other products that Falcon will demonstrate include the latest electric chargrills for the Dominator Plus range. These are designed for kitchens that can’t or don’t want to use gas appliances, with food being cooked directly on the elements to deliver the classic chargrill branding. With ultra-fast heat up times, and available with one or two elements, they deliver exceptional cooking performance to any kitchen.
The latest combi ovens from Lainox will also be available to see. The “reloaded” Naboo units feature upgraded software control, allowing chefs to quickly access their favourite cooking methods, as well as incredibly useful features like just-in-time and multilevel cooking. Lainox Cloud, the combi’s connectivity functions, allows multiple units to be monitored and controlled centrally, as well as giving access to a database of thousands of recipes and tips from the control panel.
