Keeping cold drinks flowing

FEM’s latest Cornelius Quest Elite drinks dispenser produces consistent top quality drinks

Fresh cold drinks are essential for year-round service in cafes, restaurants and takeaways – in fact anywhere that serves drinks. To keep up with the soft drink demand FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) has introduced the new Cornelius Quest Elite 2000, a two flavour post-mix drinks dispenser for use with juices, lemonades with pulp and cold teas and coffees. The new dispenser produces consistent quality drinks with no stratification, slugging or dripping.

The Quest Elite 2000 has eye-catching LED illuminated back lit graphics to attract custom while reducing energy and maintenance costs. There is a choice between single or multi panel display with a selection of displays included. A ‘product out’ alert ensures the machine can be refilled promptly preventing missed sales. The Quest Elite safely accommodates frozen, ambient or aseptic concentrate BIBs (Bag-In-Box’s) and cartridges. It has a wide product and ratio capability dispensing drinks within a 3:1 to an 8:1 ratio.

The dispenser has a large ice bank with a 2.7kg to 3.6kg cooling capacity ensuring cold drinks during peak demand. Its modular components and accessible cabinet design make it easy to look after and service. With overall measurements of 269 (w) x 635 (d) x 864 (h)mm, its narrow footprint is designed to maximise counter space. The environmentally-friendly refrigerant is R290, which is not ozone-depleting and has a low GWP.
