FEM introduces the elegant Pujadas Bronze cookware range
Smart-looking cookware makes for smart, tasty dishes and Pujadas’ new Bronze cookware is extremely smart as well as very practical. Available now from FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) this new range is ideal for gas, electric and vitro hobs. With their elegant bronze colouring, they are perfect for theatre-style kitchens and other front of house operations.
There are three different types of cookware available – shallow or deep casserole pans and a roasting pan. They are made of cast aluminium which gives a high resistance to deformation and excellent thermal properties. Their exteriors are coated in a rich bronze colour, with a cast iron ground base. The interiors are coated with an abrasion-resistant anti-adherent material.
Each model has corresponding transparent glass lids available for purchase separately. The lids have a stainless steel rim, black handle and vent hole to increase the practicality and versatility of the cookware. The casserole dishes are ideal for rice and stews that require high evaporation.
The rectangular roasting pan measures 350 x 250mm, the deep casserole dishes are available in 200, 240 and 280mm diameters and the shallow casserole dishes in 240, 280 and 320mm diameters. They are supplied with a one-year warranty. This cookware is not suitable for induction units, and it is not recommended for oven use.
