Utopia launches ambience-enhancing LED table lamps
For operators looking for a sophisticated way to enhance ambience Utopia has launched a new range of cordless LED table lamps. Elegant and adaptable, the Illumina Premium collection provides a practical yet chic lighting solution for hospitality venues such as restaurants, hotels and cocktail bars.
Being cordless, the lamps can be moved around and their IP65 rating and resistance to dust makes them suitable for every hospitality environment – including outdoors. In addition, the lamps have two colour modes, warm or cold white, and their brightness can be adjusted with the stepless dimmable function. The lamps’ clear polycarbonate diffuser with non-glare optical structure ensures the lighting is subtle, consistent and clear. The brightness and colour memory means the lamps can retain the last setting with no need to reset. All these features give operators the opportunity to create and tweak the lightscape ambience in their venues, or to completely change it!
There are four different designs, giving specifiers a choice of contemporary straight or rounded designs. They come in distinctive and on-trend colour ways, black, corten (rust), gold and copper, with the Bermuda and Martinique designs available in all four, and Antigua and Montego offered in black or corten. Martinique is 30cm tall while Bermuda, Montego and Antigua are available in either standard size (30cm high) or micro (20cm).
The lamps are made of robust die cast aluminium and are operated by touch on/off. Each one is supplied with a charging base and accessories include multiple charging shelves, with space for six or fifteen lamps. The extended Illumina Premium battery life means the lights will stay on throughout the night on just one charge.
