Market leader Rational announces a significant reduction in delivery times compared to the first half of the year, with the work undertaken by Rational AG, as well as significant easing of pressure on the supply chain.
Despite the continuing high demand for both the iCombi and iVario, the company are improving on their delivery times. Although there are still some production backlogs to be made up, the improved inflow of components is clearly easing the situation.
“As previously committed for the UK market, we will fulfil all forward orders into the second half of quarter 4 this year (November/December). Furthermore, orders placed now for an iCombi Pro will be delivered within a significantly reduced lead-time of 4 weeks, aligning with the iVario Pro,” states Brendon Land, Managing Director of Rational UK.
“This will satisfy many of our customers in the hospitality industry, as they had to face long waiting times in recent months. We are naturally very pleased with the trust they placed in us,” says Land.
According to Rational, the current positive demand is due to several factors. These include rising energy costs and the lack of skilled workers, meaning that many companies are now making a conscious decision to invest in the latest high-performance kitchen technology.
