Hubbard Systems on shortlist for a brace of top dealer awards

ENSE lists Hubbard for Equipment Supplier of the Year AND Supplier Highest Growth Awards

Hubbard Systems has been shortlisted for two prestigious ENSE awards – Equipment Supplier of the Year and the Equipment Supplier Highest Growth Award.  The supplier awards are voted for by ENSE’s dealer members – the companies who experience Hubbard Systems’ customer support first hand!

“To be shortlisted for any of these awards is an honour, to be up for two is simply fantastic,” says David Rees, marketing manager at Hubbard Systems.

Rees believes that one of the influences for the Supplier of the Year nomination is the simple fact that Hubbard Systems has been able to maintain stock levels and fulfil orders, despite global supply issues.  “Over lockdown, before the supply problems started, Scotsman Ice carried on production, and we carried on ordering from them, building up our stock of ice makers and systems because we expected a spike in demand when things opened up,” he explains.  “That’s allowed us to meet demand from dealers and their customers.”

On the Highest Growth nomination, Rees thinks that the launch of the XSafe technology has played a key role in the increased demand for Scotsman products.  “XSafe is an innovation that kills viruses like Covid as part of its sanitising process.  Its launch created a huge amount of interest and now it’s fitted as standard across most of the Scotsman Ice range.”

The winners of the ENSE awards will be announced in June.
