Moon glazing

Utopia’s new Moonstone tableware collection is out of this world

Utopia’s new Moonstone collection has warm exterior tones perfectly balanced against hand-finished cool grey interiors to give a contemporary feel. Moonstone’s reactive glaze produces a variation in colour and intensity, which makes each piece unique. The colour shades from darker grey to a milky grey from the edge to the centre of each piece, just like the moon. It’s a spacy, tranquil table-setting allowing the presentation to shine.

Made from vitrified porcelain for strength and durability, all pieces are dishwasher safe and equally suited to a busy restaurant environment or more intimate small bistros.

There are three sizes of plates 21cm, 26cm, 29cm, and two sizes of bowls, 21cm and 25.5cm. The generous sizes add theatre to the serve. The bowls have a raised lip with a gently swooping profile, giving an unusual irregular appearance.
