LACA Main Event: eye catching Grab and Go Multideck from Williams

Stand M26, LACA Main Event, 6th – 8th July 2022, Hilton Birmingham Metropole

Many more schools are using Grab and Go as part of their catering offer for pupils – it’s vital that the merchandisers not only look good, but also keep food safe while minimising energy use.  The latest Williams Multidecks tick all three boxes.

The model on display on stand M26, the R100, is a slimline Multideck with a compact footprint and a 269 litre capacity.  It combines easy access and attractive looks with an ultra-reliable, energy efficient refrigeration system.  Like the rest of the new Multideck range, the R100 is TUV certified, fully EcoDesign- and MEPS-compliant, and uses a combination of re-engineered airflow features, heat exchangers and green refrigerant to minimise energy consumption while maximising the eye-catching display.

Williams’ R Series has the company’s most compact models – the full Multidecks range includes a wide variety of sizes, capacities and options, offering specifiers enormous flexibility and the ability to tailor their Multideck to their specific application.  For example, they can be open-fronted or have doors, which can be hinged or sliding, and they are available in a comprehensive choice of colours and styles.  The largest model, the M180, has a capacity of 918 litres – more than three times the size of the R100.

The touchscreen controller at the top of the Multideck shows the temperature and manages the internal temperature control with up to three probes.  It has system data logging and remote recording, including for HACCP.  NFC (Near Field Communication) offers system monitoring options and makes initial set up of the Multideck very easy.

Full details, along with advice from Williams’ refrigeration experts, will be available to LACA members on stand M26 throughout the Main Event.

Williams Refrigeration offers a comprehensive range of commercial refrigeration including gastronorm cabinets and counters, specialist bakery equipment, coldrooms, multidecks and blast chillers.
