Rational launches online events aimed at the education sector
Rational has launched a programme of online events aimed at operators working in the education sector.
Education Live online will give operators the chance to see how Rational cooking systems can enhance their operation, with chefs cooking a typical daily menu. They cover all meal occasions, along with bread and all-day sweet and savoury snacks. While the Rational chef gets busy cooking, an expert host is on hand to answer questions via the chat function. There’s also a Q&A session at the end giving the opportunity for more discussion.
The Rational chefs show how the iCombi Pro combi steamer and iVario multifunctional cooking system can reduce cooking times and increase productivity, while delivering consistently high quality results. The event will explain how the flexible, easily programmable recipes guarantee reproducible high standards at the touch of a button, helping to reduce waste and helping to deliver quick returns on the investment.
They’ll also demonstrate the superior energy efficiency of both units and show how they can deliver a fast return on investment. In addition, Education Live online covers Rational’s ConnectedCooking software platform, showing how it maximises operational efficiency as well as making collecting and recording HACCP data simple.
The webinar covers the ability of the Rational cooking systems to cook lots of different foods simultaneously, speeding up production, saving time and reducing energy consumption, as well as explaining the on-site training available to customers.
To celebrate the launch of the Education Live online programme, Rational is offering up to £1,500 free RATIONAL accessories to any attendees who purchase a RATIONAL cooking system after the event (terms and conditions apply).
Each Rational Live online lasts about 45 minutes. They are free to attend and can be booked at rational-online.com. To find out more, talk to your Rational representative or visit the Rational website.
