Vincent brings ‘wealth of know-how’ to FEM

New Regional Sales Manager for Midlands knows both sides of the industry

Matthew Vincent has joined FEM as Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands.  He’s a man of outstanding experience – not only has he worked for some of the foodservice equipment industry’s top names, including Rational, Robot Coupe, Middleby and Electrolux, but before moving into sales he was also a chef for fourteen years, working in several Michelin starred restaurants.

“We’re delighted to welcome Matthew Vincent to the team,” says Mike Inwood, FEM’s Sales Director.  “He brings such a wealth of know-how, from both sides of the industry.  He will make an invaluable contribution as we build business in the post-lockdown market.”

Vincent will be working closely with FEM’s established customers and dealer network in the Midlands, helping them to generate business, as well as being responsible for driving new sales and investigating new market opportunities.  He’ll also be involved in training and running demonstration days, when his expertise as a chef will be hugely advantageous.

“FEM has a great product portfolio and a really strong team, I’m very much looking forward to working with them,” he says.  “The Midlands region has many prominent dealers and specifiers and I can’t wait to be getting out on the road to meet everyone.”

Vincent is 42 years old and, outside of work, he likes to spend time with his family and is a keen cyclist.
