FEA announces thought-provoking additions to 2021 Industry Conference

Simon Stenning of Future Foodservice and Terry Bonniface of BEIS join speaker platform

FEA has issued more details about the 2021 Industry Conference taking place on 15th and 16th September at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth.  Two thought-provoking additions to the speaker platform are Terry Boniface, assistant director, electronics and machinery, at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and Simon Stenning, founder of Future Foodservice.

Over the past three years Terry Boniface has led BEIS’s engagement with the electronic and machinery sectors, during which time the focus has been very much on Brexit and the pandemic.  He knows the foodservice equipment industry well, having worked directly with FEA, and has attended meetings with FEA members as well as coming to previous Conferences.   He’ll talk about the latest government thinking and, with over 40 years’ experience of civil service departments, he brings a singular understanding of the machinations of Whitehall to Conference.

Acknowledged as the leading analyst of the foodservice market, Simon Stenning’s most recent future foresight report is ‘The Rebuilding of Hospitality, 2021 to 2025’, which offers detailed forecasts for each sector of the market.  He’ll use his 30+ years of experience of working in, developing, analysing and commentating on the industry to give Conference real insight into what the future holds.

FEA has also announced that council member and chair of Advance Group Steve Coates has agreed to join the Conference Business Panel session, which will focus on recovery post-pandemic and post-Brexit.

Early bird booking rates for the FEA Industry Conference are available until Wednesday June 30th.  As an example, the full package for a FEA member, including two nights’ accommodation and dinner, is normally £695.  With the early bird discount that drops to £595.

For the latest information on the FEA Industry Conference 2021, and to take advantage of the early bird discount, visit www.feaconference.co.uk
