Hotel Live online – booking now!

Hoteliers attending a Rational online demonstration can claim £1,174 worth of free accessories

Rational’s latest programme of online demonstrations has been created specifically for hotels.  Hotel Live online will give hoteliers the chance to see how Rational cooking systems can enhance their operation, with chefs cooking a selection of hotel dishes, demonstrating both event and a la carte catering, including menu items for breakfast, restaurant dining, afternoon tea and room service.

While the chef runs the demonstration, an expert host is on hand throughout to answer questions and offer advice on specific topics raised by attendees.  There’s also a Q&A session at the end giving the opportunity for more discussion.

The Hotel Live online menu could include a full breakfast, Danish pastries and croissants, an afternoon tea selection, pan fried salmon with crispy gnocchi, and Club sandwich and chips.  Moving on to plated functions, the chef might demonstrate, amongst other dishes, slow roasted pork belly with pommeanna and roasted squash, followed by vanilla panna cotta, strawberries and ginger crumb.

The Rational chefs show how the iCombi Pro combi steamer and iVario multifunctional cooking system can increase a hotel’s productivity and reduce cooking times, while delivering consistently high quality results – including when cooking overnight.  They’ll also demonstrate the superior energy efficiency of both units and show how they can deliver a fast return on investment.  In addition, chefs will briefly cover Rational’s ConnectedCooking platform, showing how it maximises operational efficiency.

To celebrate the launch of the Hotel Live online programme, Rational is offering a free iVario accessories pack worth £1,174 to any attendees who purchase an iCombi or iVario cooking system following the event.

Each Rational Live online lasts about 45 minutes.  They are free to attend and can be booked at rational-online.com.  To find out more, talk to your Rational representative or visit the Rational website.
