HRC Show 3rd – 5th March 2020

Stand P821, HRC Show 3rd – 5th March 2020

Falcon Foodservice Equipment will be showcasing its new hi-speed oven as part of a café concept on the stand at the HRC 2020. The company will also launch its brand new ‘One Series’ induction top oven range.

The hi-speed oven is designed for use in areas where space is limited and speed and quality are essential. Installation is easy as it doesn’t require an extraction hood, due to the onboard ventless technology. Able to fit on counters with a depth of 700mm, it’s the ideal solution for front of house cooking and small kitchens. The oven incorporates three different methods of heat delivery, microwave, convection and impingement, giving incredibly fast cooking with superb toasting and browning – all of which will be on show.

The ‘One Series’ induction range is designed to suit the needs of caterers in, for example, care homes, coffee shops and cafés. Retaining the build quality and reliability you expect from Falcon, this affordable induction model has been designed for kitchens that don’t need the high power and performance found in Falcon’s F900 and Dominator Plus induction models. There are two different versions, including a single-phase model, making it easy to install in any kitchen. Both versions feature six cooking zones.

Sharing the stand with sister company Williams Refrigeration, Falcon chefs will be in the café concept area, using the equipment to demonstrate food storage, prep and cooking techniques.
