Contemporary style is the name of the game on the Utopia Stand U17 V18 – Hall 09 at Host Milan this October. Utopia will be showing its latest tableware and glassware designed to deliver that wow factor, create distinction while at the same time being practical and hardwearing. There are solutions for all venues that want to be inventive and on trend.
Utopia will be showcasing their new Spring, Summer and brand new Autumn launch at the show, offering a first look at the complete 2019 collection.
On the tableware front the vitrified porcelain Cadiz range showcases three geometric colourways offering the perfect mix and match vibrancy to any venue. These are bowls and plates that add zing and fun to the table. For a more casual style there is the Galena range with gently curved shapes, a dappled interior and warm rich dark mushroom coloured exterior. With a subtle hint of metallic sparkle, the Galena bowls shimmer under the lighting. Blue is always a popular colour for ceramics, the Atlantis collection features a deep blue reactive glaze which looks stunning when paired up with plain white pieces.
The choice in glassware has never been greater. The proliferation of different cocktails, both alcoholic and not, and the increase in artisan beers, spirits and cordials means the demand for specialist glassware is high. Utopia has it covered with glasses for every drink, occasion and venue.
With spirits like gin and rum continuing to grow in popularity it’s easy to forget the wine drinker needs exceptional glasses too. The classic bowl shapes of Utopia’s Amber collection make a wonderfully versatile addition to any venue. One piece production and bead rims ensure durability. Meanwhile the Risus collection of glasses features a striking contemporary shape and is as eye-catching as it is hard-wearing.
There will also be metal bar accessories on show from super reflective stainless steel and gold through to matt pewter effects and distressed finishes. Not forgetting paper straws – a must for the environmentally-friendly venue. They are manufactured to be tough and deliver the suck factor without collapsing. All standard straws have a 6mm bore and are available in a variety of colourways from solid through spiral stripe, chevron, filigree and multi-stripe to suit a multitude of drinks.
