Exciting reveal for energising new offerings by Williams.

Williams at Host 2019

Stand M38, Pavilion 7; Host 18 – 21st October 2019

Williams Refrigeration has plans to unveil its most energy efficient undercounter fridge at the upcoming exhibition, Host Milan 2019.

“We are delighted to be able to showcase our new undercounter fridge,” says Malcolm Harling, sales and marketing director, at Williams Refrigeration. “It’s been in development for some time and will deliver significant energy savings for our customers.”

Alongside the new fridge there will also be brand new versions of the ever-popular Chef’s Drawer, which will be a real crowd puller. The Chef’s Drawer versions have an innovative design that will allow caterers more flexibility in changing kitchen layouts.

Also, on the stand will be two of Williams’ new products launched earlier this year – the Meat Ageing Refrigerator and the heated Grab and Go multideck, the Scarlet.

Williams’ Meat Ageing Refrigerator provides humidity between 60-90%, ensuring that meat ages perfectly. The inclusion of Himalayan salt blocks assists with moisture management and improves the flavour of the meat. Stylish design is combined with a robust stainless-steel construction. The meat ageing refrigerator is able to operate in environments of up to 43°C and the interior is brightly lit with energy saving LEDs, making it perfect for front of house display.

The Scarlet Multideck has the same sleek style as its refrigerated counterparts and the ability to keep accurate, safe temperature control. The temperature of the three titled shelves and interior base can be controlled independently, making it possible to safely store different foods at their required temperatures.
