A zest for Lainox:

Falcon’s new Lainox sales manager is motivated by the move

Falcon Foodservice Equipment has appointed Paul Bayer to the new position of Lainox UK sales manager.  Paul is a highly experienced foodservice equipment professional, and moves over from his previous role as one of Falcon’s area sales managers.  The appointment underlines Falcon’s continued development of Lainox in the UK, as it grows sales for the combi oven brand.

“The creation of this new role shows how much importance we are placing in the Lainox brand,” says Lawrence Hughes, sales and marketing director for Falcon.  “It’s proven to be a very popular addition to our product portfolio and is the ideal complement to a Falcon cookline. We have exciting plans for Lainox in the coming months and Paul is the perfect person to be driving these forward.”

Lainox sales in the UK have grown significantly since Falcon took over distribution of the range in 2016.  Paul Bayer says, “The manufacturing quality is excellent and the range offers a great choice of sizes and functionality for the foodservice operator.  I’m really motivated by the prospect of growing our market share even faster.

“The Lainox USPs, such as the Smoke Essence and Aroma Flavouring features, are real attention grabbers for chefs looking to add a touch of zest to the menu,” adds Paul.  “Meanwhile the intuitive connectivity of the Naboo range, along with its advanced technologies such as the Just in Time cooking mode, deliver clear benefits to any commercial kitchen.”

Falcon’s plans for the Lainox brand include expanding its live cooking demonstration programme across the UK, so that more potential buyers can get hands-on experience of the equipment.
