FEM introduces Vollrath’s 1/1GN induction warmer and induction chafer for the perfect buffet pairing
Food Equipment Marketing (FEM) has expanded its award winning range of buffet warmers with the introduction of Vollrath’s larger Mirage Induction Buffet Warmer. The award winning design is now available in a 1/1GN capacity, in both drop-in and countertop models.
The energy efficient appliance offers a low wattage warming solution for keeping a buffet at the perfect temperature. It’s stylish, robust black ceramic glass top is combined with touch screen controls, while its market-leading safety features include over-heat protection, empty-pan shut off and small-article detection.
The new Mirage Induction Warmer offers four power levels: low, medium, high and chafer preheat. Measuring 584mm wide x 406mm long, up to three units can be connected together and run off a single 13 amp plug.
The perfect partner to the buffet warmer is Vollrath’s new GN 1/1 Mirage Full Size Induction Chafer. This is available in a mirror finish stainless steel or with a glass cover. Its attractive design is matched with a self-closing lid to ensure quality control. It is 584mm wide x 465mm deep x 198mm high.
