With that in mind Precision is bringing its own brand of cool to stand 1620 at Hotelympia. Precision’s new innovative front of house refrigeration includes a meat ageing cabinet, wine cooler, bottle coolers and the iconic Retro Refrigeration.
Displaying meat is becoming more and more popular, but ensuring it is kept in the best condition is essential. Precision’s stylish and practical meat ageing cabinet is designed for front of house display, but is equally suited to kitchen duties. It provides the perfect temperature and humidity-controlled environment for meat ageing while attractively showing off the meats as a sales tool.
The cabinet’s internal temperature can be accurately set from 1ºC and 4ºC with the humidity controlled between 75-85% – without the need for a water supply. Precision supplies Himalayan Rock Salt to enhance the meat’s flavour and to optimise humidity regulation within the cabinet.
Precision’s new wine cabinet, on show for the first time in the UK, is in a class of its own with full temperature and humidity control to keep wine in perfect condition, pull out wooden shelves, glass doors and LED lighting to show off the bottles. Tall and slim, the wine cabinet is designed to add sophistication to any venue.
Precision’s latest bottle coolers are high impact sales tools as well as being solid, reliable pieces of refrigeration equipment. They are designed to take the hassle out of back bar equipment with Precision’s maintenance-free condenser fitted across the range.
With a stainless steel exterior and mirrored stainless steel interior, glass doors are fitted as standard, while internal LED lighting enhances the display. Front venting design means they fit easily into any back bar layout, without the need for rear- or side-clearance. To allow for different front of house décor and styles, the exterior can be painted to any RAL number, is available in black plastic steel exterior or can even be supplied with wooden doors.

This is the cabinet that takes its inspiration from the fifties and adds the latest energy efficient components to produce a modern, high performance refrigerator that will be the focal point of any bar or kitchen. It makes a statement, with heavy-duty hinges and large handles adding to the retro feel.
