Falcon and Lainox: ‘a perfect cookline combination’

Falcon goes ‘live with Lainox’ for sales, support and spares

As of June 20th 2017 Falcon is ‘live’ with Lainox, as the British manufacturer takes over UK distribution of the award-winning combi oven range.

Falcon will supply Lainox combination ovens, parts and detergents, as well as providing technical and customer support.  Falcon’s sales and technical teams are already familiar with the product range, as the company has sold a selection of Lainox products for several years.

The Lainox move to Falcon follows the Ali Group’s decision to reposition the equipment brands previously marketed by Dawson.  Tim Tindle is managing director of Falcon.  He says, “We’ve worked very closely with Lainox in Italy and Dawson here in the UK to ensure the smoothest possible switch over.

“Our familiarity with Lainox will be invaluable in terms of delivering the continuity of supply that customers demand.  Our aim is to protect customers’ interests – in the short-term they should notice no difference.  In the mid- to long-term they will benefit from Falcon’s expertise and commitment to customer support.”

Lainox customers can now contact sales on 01786 455200 or lainox@falconfoodservice.com.  Information on the Lainox range can also be found on the Falcon website at www.falconfoodservice.com

“Falcon is one of the UK’s most respected catering equipment brands,” says Tindle.  “Lainox has built a great reputation for quality and innovation.  Together Falcon and Lainox appliances are a perfect cookline combination.”

The Lainox range will be distributed through Falcon’s dealer network.  Service support will be provided by Falcon’s sister company Serviceline.  Falcon, Lainox and Serviceline are all members of the Ali Group.
