The latest stick blender available in the UK from FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) is the new Storm Stick blender, manufactured by Sirman. The Storm Stick blender enables caterers to blend large volumes within pots and pans, reducing manual handling and washing up.

The heavy-duty, sturdy and robust blender is also lightweight, thanks to its fibreglass ABS body. The stainless steel 160mm shaft reaches into deep bowls and pans and is easily detached for cleaning and storage. Its ergonomic handle makes it comfortable to hold and use when blending capacities of up to 15 litres.

The durable 0.27 Hp motor drives the cutlery steel knives at 12,500 rpm to quickly cut though ingredients. A trigger switch enables continuous blending. The Storm blender features a highly effective patented cooling system which prevents it from burning out when used for back-to-back blending.

The Storm blender is very user-friendly. The blade guard reduces splashing and allows the mixture to freely pass-through. A safety device prevents the blender from being switched on by mistake. It also benefits from IPX3 protection and a quick coupling device.

The Sirman Storm Stick blender measures 74mm x 145mm x 450mm and is available from FEM distributors with a one-year back-to-base parts and labour warranty.
