Manufacturer’s expansion continues with further key appointments
Leading UK catering equipment manufacturer E&R Moffat has made two more key appointments in its sales department as the company drives through its expansion plans.
Eric Clarke is Moffat’s new Sales Area Manager for South East England, taking over from Justin Towns. Eric has 
more than 30 years’ experience of sales and project management in the catering industry, gained with names including Hobart and Rational. “I am joining the company at a great time,” he says. “Moffat is building on its solid traditions and has exciting plans going forward.’’
David McPherson has also recently joined as Moffat Sales Manager for Scotland, North of England and Ireland. David brings significant design and project management skills to the team and was previously with Falcon Foodservice, where the blue chip projects he oversaw included bespoke special development units and multiple MOD naval contracts.

Moffat is also investing in the next generation, with the appointment of Matthew McEwan to the Sales and Marketing team. Initially Matthew will combine studies in Business and Marketing at Stirling University with work, joining the company full time on completion of his honours degree. He is part of a longer term employment strategy to ensure continuity and that the future needs of the business are met.
BIM
Moffat remains fully committed to ensuring it is ahead of the market and industry requirements. The company recently consulted with a variety of industry customers and organisations to fully understand their Building Information Modelling (BIM) requirements and expectations. Following these consultations Moffat purchased the latest BIM software to ensure compliance with industry projects. The company is on target to make the first section of its BIM library available shortly.
