Priory Farm Restaurant in St. Olaves, Norfolk, has been trading as an independent, family-run business for over twenty years. It’s a beautiful setting: an old barn, sitting within a working farm, with cattle in the surrounding fields.
“We have a great customer following,” says owner Stephen Teasdale. “We’ll serve 50 to 100 covers a day during the week and 150 plus on Saturday and again on Sunday. Our success is built on sourcing quality fresh ingredients and making them into interesting and varied dishes. We offer both a set menu and an ever-changing seasonal blackboard.
