Williams Refrigeration launches online How To guidesWilliams Refrigeration has launched a series of online guides to provide practical advice and information on the use of commercial refrigeration in catering. The guides aim to give customers, prospective buyers and other foodservice professionals information about getting the best out of their equipment.

The ‘How To’ product guide section of the Williams website includes helpful advice on what to consider before purchasing equipment (such as cabinets, counters, coldrooms, display chillers and blast chillers). As well as the buying guides, Williams also offers general energy saving tips for the kitchen and practical advice on prolonging the life of its products.
