Williams Refrigeration offers total café equipment solution…. minus the coffee machine

At Caffè Culture 2014, Williams Refrigeration will be showcasing its complete solution to coffee shop refrigeration, including front of house merchandisers and display equipment as well as back of house storage units and food prep counters.
To meet the increase in demand for ‘Grab and Go’ foodservice, Williams will include its latest Gem Sandwich Chiller (SC1200) and Gem Multideck (R100 SCN) merchandisers for viewing on stand E21.
The visually striking Gem SC1200 Sandwich Chiller open-fronted display unit gives customers ‘grab and go’ access to drinks, snacks, sandwiches and plated cold foods. Its fully adjustable glass shelves and glass surrounds ensure all-round visibility and bright white LED lighting delivers extra eye-appeal. The Sandwich Chiller’s forced-air refrigeration system keeps products at a constant temperature, while its innovative ‘air curtain’ system recycles the cold air that is normally wasted in conventional open-front designs.
Williams’ Gem refrigerated merchandisers includes a vast range of standard and slimline Multidecks, available in a variety of colours, finishes and sizes to suit any customer-facing environment. The Multidecks lead the way with LED lighting, adjustable shelving and removable EPOS tickets as standard. Sliding front doors and rear loading doors are available for improved efficiency, and impulse snack baskets offer enhanced retail opportunities.
Back of house refrigeration also features on the Williams stand. The Jade HJC2 is the UK’s most energy-efficient refrigerated counter, having been independently tested and verified as Best in Class on the ECA’s Energy Technology List.
Other equipment on the stand includes refrigerated food prep counters and wells. The TW4 Thermowell and the SU5 Salad Unit ensure different ingredients can be kept separate for hygiene and organisation, while also being chilled.
Williams also has drinks covered. The BC2 backbar bottle cooler is designed to withstand the demands of a busy cafe, maintaining temperature as bottles are taken out, stock replenished and doors continually opened and closed, while looking stylish and displaying bottled drinks to eye-catching effect.
In line with Williams’ Greenlogic initiative, the products on the stand are designed to be as sustainable as possible. Greenlogic is Williams commitment to supplying the most energy efficient and sustainable commercial refrigeration on the market.
