Host Milan Delights Williams

Kings Lynn refrigeration company’s success at international catering equipment show

Williams Refrigeration at Host MilanWilliams was delighted with the high level of visitors to its stand at the recent Host exhibition in Milan.  “The new products we had on show generated a real buzz of interest, especially the visually striking units from our Front of House range,” says Martin Laws, marketing manager.

Williams shared the stand with Mono, an AFE Group partner.  Both companies were also helping to commemorate the 50th anniversary of their parent company, ALI Group.  Celebrations included an “Eating out around the world” themed extravaganza attended by over 1,000 VIP guests.

Williams showed off two models from its Front of House range – the WT750 Wine Tower and the JBU600 Jewellery Box Chocolate Display.  Both received great reviews from new customers to the stand.  Williams launched this stylish, designer range only three years ago.  The company has already installed Wine Towers and other Front of House models in hotels across the world, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, with clients such as the Grand Hyatt, Shangri La, Radisson , Sofitel and Crowne Plaza.

Williams’ Grab & Go range also proved very popular, particularly the latest Multideck which has several new features, including optional rear loading doors.

Williams and Mono also demonstrated their hotel bakery concept, which combines Mono’s depositor and Williams’ pastry chiller.

Martin Laws says: “It was particularly encouraging to see such a positive response, not only to the quality of our equipment but also the diversity of our range, which is certainly bringing us new customers. The Show was a real success and we have a good number of quality leads to follow up.”
