A Host of New Refrigeration

Precision unveils 2014 models at Milan Show

Precision's new refrigerated counter cabinets unveiled at Host 2013Precision unveils its 2014 refrigeration range at Host, Milan this October.  Pre-production versions of its new uprights and counter cabinets have been specially manufactured for the Show.

The most obvious difference is the looks – key features include a new, large graphic display with touchpad controls, a stylish grill design and cleverly recessed handles.  Meanwhile Precision’s counter cabinets have been completely re-engineered with smooth, symmetric lines.

The changes are not merely cosmetic.  For example, the grill not only delivers a better airflow, its clever design also minimises the risk of spills coming into contact with the refrigeration system.

Precision has been working on upgrading its refrigeration systems, too.  New for 2014 is the market’s most efficient blast chiller – capable of chilling or freezing up to 40kg, yet running off a standard 13 amp supply.

“We are continuing to work with Honeywell to bring the latest eco-friendly refrigerants to the market,” says managing director Nick Williams.  “Next year will see some exciting new developments – the new generation of refrigerant alternatives may well be even more efficient that their predecessors.”
