Williams is up front at Host, Milan 18-22 October 2013

Wine Tower from WilliamsWilliams is showing an impressive range of Grab & Go and front of house refrigeration at Host, including the PC900 Pastry Chiller, the R100 Multideck display unit with rear loading doors, the WT750 Wine Tower and the JBU600 Jewellery Box Chocolate Display. For back of house, Williams has added the HJ1 and HJC2 Jade cabinets alongside the other units. Sharing the stand with Mono, an AFE Group partner, both companies will promote a hotel bakery concept combining Mono’s depositor and Williams’ pastry chiller.

“Grab & Go is a fast growing sector of the refrigeration market,” says Martin Laws, marketing manager of Williams. “At Williams we aim to design aesthetically pleasing, practical and sustainable alternatives for the Grab & Go sector that, as well as being energy-saving, will maximise retail display space, enhance food safety and deliver a long service life. Visitors to our stand will be able to see for themselves the very best of British-made refrigeration.

Meanwhile, Williams front of house solutions are designed with modern, stylish operations in mind as illustrated by the new Wine Tower. The WT750 has a capacity of up to 99 bottles in an attractive, contemporary unit.  The tower keeps the wine in its optimum condition at temperatures from 5 to 16°C. It is ideally suited for hotels, restaurants and wine bars.

Available in a wide array of stainless steel and metal finishes, its full length glass sides can be opaque, tinted or illuminated, to offer all round style and clean lines. Low energy LED lighting provides bright clear display and is fully adjustable offering colour and tonal changes to suit the required ambience.

In line with Williams’ Greenlogic initiative, the products on stand are designed to be as sustainable as possible. Greenlogic is Williams commitment to supplying the most energy efficient and sustainable commercial refrigeration on the market.  It’s not limited to product design: Greenlogic covers plant, manufacturing and management processes too. Williams Refrigeration holds the environmental accreditation ISO 14001 for the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of refrigeration products.
