Williams Chills at Caffè Culture 2013:

Modern, attractive and highly efficient commercial chillers from Williams – ideal for cafes, coffee shops and other grab and go establishments

Williams Grab & Go chillers at Caffè Culture 2013Stand E21, Caffè Culture Show, 15-16 May 2013, Olympia, London.

At Caffè Culture 2013, Williams Refrigeration will be showcasing its range of front of house equipment, including the company’s new Sandwich Chiller and its popular Gem Multideck series. The exhibition offers visitors the opportunity to examine Williams’ stylish and efficient refrigeration units more closely, while learning about their new and innovative features.

Part of its popular Gem range, Williams’ Sandwich Chiller features an open-fronted, self-service cabinet which uses a new, more energy-efficient ‘air-curtain’ system. This recycles the cold air which tends to be wasted in more conventional designs. According to Williams, the Gem Sandwich Chiller is the most sustainable open access grab and go refrigeration unit on the market.

“The Sandwich Chiller is ideal for the kind of grab and go establishments we expect to see at Caffè Culture 2013,” says Martin Laws, Marketing Manager of Williams.  “Not only is it easy on the eyes, it maximises retail display space, improves food safety and reduces running costs.”

Also being showcased is Williams’ popular Gem Multideck. Visitors will see the many upgrades in the Multideck range, which include optional sliding front doors, a choice of stainless steel colour finishes and robust LED strip lighting.

The Multideck is as practical as it is efficient, with locking double wheel castors making it easy for staff to reposition if required. Its shelving is adjustable to suit the merchandise on display.

Other Williams’ refrigeration products on the stand include the Thermowell, which ensures that different ingredients can be kept separate for hygiene and organisation, while also being chilled. It is ideal for preparing items popular foods in the grab and go sector such as pizza, salad and sandwiches. Williams’ Thermowells can be placed on top of the company’s Jade Counter fridges, which will also be on display, alongside its range of bottle coolers.

Williams Refrigeration offers a comprehensive range of solutions, from commercial refrigeration to bakery equipment and including a market-leading choice of gastronorm cabinets, modular storage and reach-in and roll-in blast chillers.
