The new Vollrath Induction Fajita Skillet Heater, available from Foodservice Equipment Marketing, ensures the dish is delivered to the customer with the fajitas’ trademark sizzle.
Induction cooking is fast and efficient, using electro-magnetic energy to turn a cooking pan into the heat source. The induction fajita skillet heater works with the two standard fajita pan styles rapidly getting the cast iron pans to proper ‘sizzle’ temperature.
Simple one-touch control and fast operation makes the heater quick and easy to use. It has two time and temperature presets, and measuring just 419mm (w) x 327mm (d) x 102mm (h), is compact enough for countertop use.
