Fabrication Freeze: Moffat bucks rising prices trend

British manufacturer commits to price freeze

Moffat is holding prices on all its fabricated products At a time when many fabricators are increasing their prices, British manufacturer E & R Moffat has committed itself to a price freeze on its range of fabricated products.  In fact, Moffat has not increased its prices since 2009.

The Moffat fabrication range features an extensive portfolio including bains maries, hot cupboards, sinks, wall benches, centre tables, storage cabinets, shelving and racking, trolleys, dispensers and more.  All are British built, combining practical design, robust construction, quality materials and sound engineering principals to ensure trouble-free operation.

Standard features include stainless steel construction and a wide range of energy-saving features plus, of course, very competitive pricing.

“Our distributors and end users have made us very aware that price increases are causing them big problems,” says Gary Allen, sales director of Moffat.  “We believe that by freezing prices we can increase our sales, which will help cover the extra costs of production.  Hopefully it’s a win-win for both us and our customers.”
