With up to 30 programmes, the push-button Samsung CM1929 is suitable for every catering operation and can adapt to changing menus. The choice of seven power levels and multi-stage cooking means the CM1929’s programmes can be finely adjusted to produce exactly the results the chef needs. During cooking, the ‘zap’ touch pad can be pressed to add 20 seconds to the cooking time. Another clever feature is the ‘double quantity’ option, whereby staff can instantly change a programme to cope with bigger portions.
With an output of 1850W, the CM1929 cooks quickly, while the dual magnetron feed ensures even heating of all the food. The robust construction, including stainless steel finish inside and out, gives a long service life – a feature reflected in its three year warranty.
The CM1929 measures only 368(h) x 464(w) x 557(d) mm, making it ideal for the back bar and counter, as well as the kitchen. However, the oversize oven cavity accepts (non-metallic) pans up to 2/3 gastronorm. This, combined with the high power, means it is ideal for multi-portion cooking.
