The Rational SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency sets a new standard for Chinese cuisine, creating the ideal cooking environment for traditional dishes whilst saving time, energy, space and manpower.
The SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency can replace traditional cooking equipment, such as a rice cooker, BBQ oven, griddle or duck oven, without compromising on taste or quality. With the Rational the chef can roast, grill, bake, stew or steam.
Rational’s whitefficiency allows different menu items to be cooked simultaneously in the one unit, with the special high-power steam generator, even allowing different noodle dishes to be prepared at the same time, making the unit superior to any traditional Chinese steamer.
Peking Duck is a must on many Chinese menus. The skin has to be very crispy on the outside and browned evenly, whilst the meat needs to be tender and succulent.
