Glass Froster compliments stylish, energy-saving back-bar range
Precision’s range of back bar storage cabinets includes the GFS 600 Glass Froster, a back-bar freezer cabinet designed to ensure that drinks are served as cold as possible. This is essential in busy venues where glasses must be washed and reused fast.
The GFS 600’s electronic temperature control and blown-air refrigeration means it can chill glasses to near-freezing very quickly, with an operating temperature of -8°C to -10°C. The frosted glasses not only chill the drinks and keep them cool, they make them look better, too.
It’s not just the drinks that look good. The Glass Froster can be used alongside Precision’s cabinets to create a sleek and stylish addition to any bar concept, along with practical and efficient energy-saving refrigeration technology. Available in a choice of exterior finishes, the Glass Froster and back bar cabinets can be styled to compliment the venue.
Precision’s GFS 600 Froster is constructed from durable stainless steel, making it long-lasting and able to withstand the busiest bar environments. The solid door is easy to wipe-clean, whilst interior lighting makes the cabinet easy to use. The GFS 600 has an automatic defrost facility, with self-vaporisation of the waste water, which eliminates the need for a drain.
The Froster measures just 600mm (w) x 905mm (h) x 550mm (d) and fits neatly alongside Precision’s other ranges of back bar refrigeration. The Froster has the capacity to hold around 80 175ml wine glasses or half-pint glasses on two flat, wipe-clean shelves.
