Williams Refrigeration shows new Gem Multideck

Williams Refrigeration will be showcasing its popular Gem Multideck at Lunch 2012! A whole host of new energy saving features and options have been added to the range.
They include smooth operating, front sliding doors that guarantee uniform temperatures and will keep produce clean and fresh while significantly reducing energy consumption. Another energy saving feature, offered as standard across the entire range, is LED strip lighting – which also enhances the display and improves visibility of merchandise.
The Gem Multideck is available in a choice of standard or slimline versions. Another new feature is the wide choice of colours and finishes, to suit a range of décors and to make the unit stand out from the crowd.
While the stylish design of the Multideck enhances front of house, its clever interior layout maximises every inch of retail space. Options include removable snack selection baskets, lockable security shutters or night blinds, mirrored panels and illuminated shelving.
Williams will also be showing examples from the rest of its portfolio of products developed for the lunch and casual catering market, ranging from display cabinets to prep counters and accessories, including the new SC1200 sandwich chiller. The Williams range combines aesthetics with functionality, maximising the display area and appeal, whilst delivering high performance refrigeration.
To complement the refrigeration the Williams stand hosts a Winterhalter undercounter warewasher and Falcon’s space-saving E711 countertop convection oven, both ideal for keeping up with lunch catering demands.
