Classeq Warewashers: British Built, British Quality And British Back-Up

Classeq Duo 750 and sink

Classeq has chosen to manufacture its glasswashers and dishwashers in a purpose-built factory at Hixton, near Stafford. This means the company can be sure of the quality of production and after sales back up, as well as saving costs on transportation.

“Our machines are designed and built to be reliable and energy efficient and to offer a best value-for-money option both at point of purchase and during operation,” explains Nick Burridge of Classeq. “Because our warewashers are British-built, sourcing spares and routine maintenance items is quick and easy so we can offer excellent after-sales service.”

Concerns with conditions in foreign factories and the standard of some of the components used in cheaper products from the Far East have prompted would-be purchasers to question the origin of products. By keeping its operation in Britain, Classeq has a 100 per cent overview on the manufacture on each and every machine rolling off its production line and can vouch for the quality of the component parts.

Classeq’s popular Duo dishwashers and glasswashers include features such as WRAS approved break tank, rinse boost pump and integral chemical dosing pumps as standard – in most other warewashers these are optional extras. A fully insulated double-skinned cabinet ensures that the Duo range is both quiet and cool to the touch while at the same time lowering energy usage. The Duo 750 and DUO3 also have the option of an integral water softener.

The Duo’s full coverage filter system keeps the wash water cleaner for longer, meaning fewer water changes, cleaner plates and lower fuel bills.  To give a quick start-up time and further minimise energy requirements the machines’ wash tanks run on as little as 10 litres of water.

Classeq is part of the Winterhalter UK group, providing a total solution for warewashing through a nationwide network of distributors, offering everything from pre-sales advice to after-sales service.  For information on the Classeq range of glass and dishwashers, including details of your nearest stockist, call 0844 225 9249, see www.classeq.co.uk  or email feedback@classeq.co.uk .
