It’s called big knitting and it’s the latest way to give yourself a workout. Unlike the average gym session, you also end up with a cardie, rather than a cardiac arrest. (Or you might get a rug, or a scarf, or very, very big socks…) Four of the guys here at TPW have given it a go, including our newbie Rachael (blame her mother for the spelling), who’s in for Kyli while she’s on maternity leave.
Check out the pic – those needles are big ol’ boys – not surprisingly, wielding them gives your pecs and biceps a hell of a pounding. She’s still aching, a couple of days after….
