The MX91 is part of Dynamic’s master range of mixers, distinctively branded in the company’s trademark orange. These strong, dependable models are perfect for preparing large quantities of soups and sauces directly in the cooking pot.
Although hand-held, the Dynamic MX91 is a heavy-duty model designed to cope with high-volume use in demanding environments. With a total length of 715mm and a shaft length of 410mm, this ‘maxi mixer’ is big enough to blend large quantities quickly, but compact enough to be stow away easily.
The single-speed 350W motor drives the robust, stainless steel blades at 9,000 rpm making the mixer ideal for bulk preparation, capable of pureeing and emulsifying up to 100 litres effortlessly. Complete with functions for continuous blending or pulsing, the MX91 takes under 3 minutes to blitz 60 litres.
This easy-to-use, ergonomic model has an inbuilt safety switch and double-insulated motor-casing to ensure the safety of the user, as well as preventing damage to the mixer.
The MX91’s all stainless steel non-detachable mixer tool and guard, and its titanium-plated blade mean this model is built to last. The Dynamic range is available through dealers nationwide.
