The refrigerated gastronorm countertop is capable of housing five 1/6, 150mm deep gastronorm containers (also available from Uropa). Cold air drawn from the main unit keeps the containers at optimum temperature, evenly distributed by a fan.
Underneath the countertop is a refrigerated cabinet for extra storage, complete with two adjustable shelves. The cabinet and countertop both have a temperature range of +2°C to +8°C, ensuring the contents do not spoil.
