Apuro’s Kastel ice makers keep up with Christmas demand

Christmas Cocktail Recipe idea:

Cranberry Cracker

Ingredients

30ml good quality vodka
30ml Amaretto liqueur
90ml cranberry juice
60ml orange juice
Ice
Orange slices or frozen cranberries for garnish

Method

Fill a glass with ice from the Kastel ice maker. Pour in other spirits and fruit juice. Stir briskly and serve garnished with the orange slices or frozen cranberries.
